After five powerful years and 700+ members served, The LOLA is at a pivotal moment, and now we’re ready to move boldly into what’s next.

As a purpose-driven space built by and for women, we’ve prioritized impact over profit from day one, creating a community where collaboration replaces competition, and every woman’s success fuels another.

Now, we need your help to raise $650,000 by June 30, 2025 to fuel our next chapter and reach our ambitious goal: Impacting 1 million women by 2030.

1. Launch the Empowered Entrepreneur Growth Accelerator

35% of your gift will help us launch the Empowered Entrepreneur Growth Accelerator. As human-centered budgets get slashed nationwide, our Empowered Entrepreneur Growth Accelerator becomes even more vital. In the Fall of 2025, The LOLA is ready to step up where others are stepping back. We will pilot an accelerator to support 7 women as they build viable businesses in the face of economic and cultural headwinds.

2. Sustain and Grow Core Programming that Transforms Lives

25% of your gift will help sustain and grow our core programming. These vital offerings redefine success, disrupt harmful norms, and deepen self-awareness. They’re catalysts for personal and collective transformation.
Donors make it possible for us to evolve leaders that center their work on empathy, equity and courage.

3. When women rise, communities thrive. But we need space—literally and figuratively—to do it.

15% of your gift will help expand our space to grow our collective power by creating 10 new offices for women’s dreams to grow.

4. Support Workforce Development Programs

15% of your gift will support workforce development programs designed to reduce barriers to training and employment through pre-employment programs, apprenticeships, and fractional work opportunities within The LOLA and its member businesses.

5. Keep Membership Accessible to All Women

10% of your gift will allow us to increase value exchange memberships by +25% in 2026. Your donation helps us maintain (and grow!) these memberships—so anyone who wants to be in The LOLA community can join.

In 2026, we want to double the cohort numbers for Legacy Leadership and Seeing Whiteness and make these cohorts free to attend for LOLA Members.

These vital offerings redefine success, disrupt harmful norms, and deepen self-awareness. They’re catalysts for personal and collective transformation.

Donors make it possible for us to evolve leaders that center their work on empathy, equity and courage.

Invest in Women Entrepreneurs—Especially Now ($240K)

As human-centered budgets get slashed nationwide, our Empowered Entrepreneur Growth Accelerator becomes even more vital.

In the Fall of 2025, The LOLA is ready to step up where others are stepping back. We want to pilot an accelerator to support 7 women as they build viable businesses in the face of economic and cultural headwinds.

After a successful pilot, in Fall of 2026 we will grow the Accelerator to 10 women with a $5K cost of living stipen.

Give to help fund this initiative — right when women need it most.

Keep Membership Accessible to All Women ($65K)

In 2024, we proudly offered 100 value-exchange Memberships ($245K) to women contributing time, skills and energy in place of paying for Membership or partial Membership.

This is how we embody economic inclusion—not just talk about it. In 2026, we would like to add 25 more value–exchange Memberships

Your donation helps us maintain (and grow!) these memberships—so anyone who wants to be in The LOLA community can join.

Support the Transition from Freelancers to CEOs ($25K)

We walk alongside women from side hustle to full-time founder. Through in-house mentoring, business education, financial fitness, we help Members become leaders in their industries.

With your help, we can fund additional support for freelancers and founders—so they don’t just survive, they thrive.

To date Mentors, educators, trainers and workshop hosts donate their time. In 2026, we would like to offer a small stipen for those who pour into LOLA Members.
