After six powerful years and 700+ members served, The LOLA is at a pivotal moment, and now we’re ready to move boldly into what’s next.

As a purpose-driven space built by and for women, we’ve prioritized impact over profit from day one, creating a community where collaboration replaces competition, and every woman’s success fuels another.

In our initial grassroots campaign we received over 250 contributions from individuals who have been positively impacted by The LOLA.

What Will Your Donation Preserve & Power?

Your donation fuels more than just a space. It powers a movement—centered on women, support and belonging.

1. Preserve our space 35%

Strengthen The LOLA’s financial foundation allowing us to keep our space and continue bringing together and elevating women who lead by providing space, building community, and growing powerful networks valuable programming in our space get on a path for future stability.

2. Evolve our space 45%

To support future financial resiliency, we are shifting our co-working model to include private office space in addition to increased solo co-working amenities like phonebooths, and huddle rooms. This allows us to better support our community and be financially solvent in the long term.

3. Keep Membership Accessible 10%

Purposeful community has always been at the center of what we do. Help to solidify our value-exchange membership program to support women for whom membership fees create a barrier to entry.

4. Support Workforce Development 10%

Reduce barriers to training and employment through pre-employment programs, apprenticeships, and fractional work opportunities within The LOLA and its member businesses.
